A) Preventing Corruption, Fraud, and Conflicts of Interest

Anti-Corruption Code of Conduct

Why have a code of conduct?

Aligned with the Ethics Charter, LTT is committed to conducting its activities fairly, honorably, and with full integrity.

LTT adheres to the French law on transparency, anti-corruption, and modernization of economic life (Law No. 2016-1691 of December 9, 2016), known as the Sapin II Law. This legislation aims to combat corruption and influence peddling, requiring the implementation of an anti-corruption compliance program. The Code of Conduct is part of this initiative.

What is corruption?

Corruption is traditionally defined as the use of unethical means to influence someone’s decisions or cause them to act against their obligations.

What’s in the Code of Conduct ?

The document outlines the values and fundamental principles that LTT upholds in combating corruption and influence peddling. It emphasizes the responsibility of LTT and its employees to comply with legal obligations and avoid practices that contradict these principles or could harm the reputation of LTT or the france.tv studio group

Gifts and Invitations Policy

As part of its Anti-Corruption Code of Conduct, LTT enforces a “Gifts and Invitations” policy that defines acceptable monetary thresholds for gifts, a principle of prior declaration and authorization for gifts and invitations, strict prohibitions for certain employees or during specific periods.

Given the critical role of its partners in upholding these rules, LTT communicates its “Gifts and Invitations” policy to clients, suppliers, and service providers.
